   产品说明及用途 
     由丙烯晴(PAN)和沥青原料为主制成碳纤维原丝,通过先进的工艺技术装备,织成平纹、斜纹、缎纹和三维结构的各种高性能碳纤维织物。碳纤维是由有机纤维经碳化及石墨化处理而得到的微晶石墨材料,制成的工业织物具有轻量化、高强度、高模量、耐腐性、导电性等优越特性。经CVD复合制成的碳/碳复合材料,更是一种先进的高能热结构功能材料。      
     产品广泛应用于航空航天、风电、军工、汽车、医疗、体育器材、运动装备、船艇等高科技领域。
  Product introduction and use By acrylonitrile (PAN) and bituminous materials mainly made of carbon fiber precursor,with advanced technology equipment,woven into a variety of high performance carbon fiber plain weave,twill,satin and three-dimensional structure of the fabric.Carbon fiber is made from organic fibers by carbonization and graphitization treatment obtained microcrystalline graphite materials,made of industrial fabric with lightweight,high strength,high modulus,corrosion resistance,excellent properties such as conductivity.Using CVD composite made of carbon / carbon composite materials,it's also a kind of advanced functional materials of high thermal structure.Main uses:used in aerospace,wind power,military,automotive,medical,sports equipment,sports equipment,ships and other high-tech fields.  
   主要品种 Main varieties
    1、机织碳纤维布:平纹布,斜纹布,缎纹布,单向布等;
    2、针织碳纤维布:经编布,纬编布,圆机布(套管),横机布(罗纹布)等;
    3、编织碳纤维布:套管,盘根,编织带,二维布,三维布,立体编织布等;
    4、碳纤维预浸布:干法预浸布,湿法预浸布,单向预浸布,预浸带等。

    1.Carbon fiber cloth woven by machine:plain weave,twill,satin,unidirectionl cloth etc.
    2.Carbon fiber cloth woven by knitting:The warp knitting cloth,knitting cloth,knitting machine cloth (casing),knitting cloth (rib) etc.
    3.Carbon fiber cloth woven:casing,packing,woven belt,two-dimensional three-dimensional fabric,woven cloth,cloth etc.
    4.Prepreg carbon fiber cloth:Dry prepreg cloth,wet prepreg,Single direction prepreg fabric,prepreg tape etc.
